Harvest - Gold Coast Local Food Festival
Sunday 20 November 10am - 1pm
Evandale Parklands, Bundall Road

Come along and learn about growing food locally with our community gardeners. You will be able to enjoy:

  • Growing and cooking demonstrations
  • Gardening workshops, giveaways and more
  • Free gardening activities for children
  • Delicious healthy food and produce

The day has something for everyone: talks, demonstrations, activities and more.

2020 Vision on Waste Group is always looking for ways to increase awareness about waste avoidance and reduction, to improve sustainable waste management practices and increase resource conservation on the Gold Coast.

Initiatives that have been driven by the Gold Coast Solid Waste Management Strategic Plan (2002-2007) (under review) and implemented by the 2020 Vision on Waste Group within Gold Coast City Council include:
