GreenGC is an initiative of the 2020 Vision on Waste Group of the Gold Coast City Council.

The GreenGC website provides information on waste, recycling and resource recovery options and services to help Gold Coast residents, visitors, businesses, schools and the community become more sustainable in the way they manage waste.

 

GreenGC picture Our Aims

GreenGC aims to:

  • raise awareness of the impacts of waste generation and management on the Gold Coast
  • promote recycling and sustainable resource management in households, businesses, schools and community groups
  • provide a central source of information on all aspects of waste recycling and sustainable resource management on the Gold Coast
