Residential - Waste and Recycling Centres 

Waste Disposal Fee Concession Policy

The following domestic load types and sizes will only be accepted for no gate fee at Council's Community Waste and Recycling Centres.

• Waste Carried in Non-commercial passenger type cars, station sedans and vans, utilities or trailers
• Mixed Loads - Max 2.1 metre x 1.5 metre and 600mm in height
• Clean Green Waste- Max 2.1 metre x 1.5 metre and 1 metre in height

Disposal of waste exceeding the above size limits will only be accepted at a Landfill and charged at the appropriate cost per tonne or part thereof.

Important: Certain items including but not limited to hazardous waste and tyres will be charged for disposal. These items cannot be accepted at Community Waste and Recycling Centres and MUST be taken to the landfills.
